Privates & Semi-Privates
Whether it’s your first time or you have been coming for a while a Private session is a great way to focus on your specific needs. Depending on your goals your trainer will customize a program especially for you. This is a great way to learn the exercises we do in our group classes as well as focus on form & technique.
