We offer 50-minute group classes throughout the day 7-days a week. All our instructors are certified in every workout they teach. Whether you are taking High Intensity Pilates™, Bag of Tricks™ or Yoga your instructor will ensure you get the most effective and safe workout. Group classes are designed to continually push you to your best but also give you modifications if needed no matter what your fitness level is. We believe variety is the key to results and our schedule is designed to give you the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. Depending on your goals and fitness level below are a few suggested programs to continually push you to the next level.
You want to improve your game. You need to increase your strength, endurance and flexibility. You must strengthen your deep postural muscles that provide support for the spine, help to maintain a healthy body and prevent injury. Suggested weekly program: High Intensity Pilates™ 3 x week, HIP Bag of Tricks™/Kickboxing 2 x week, Yoga or SSL (the ultimate Foam Rolling Class) 1 x week
The Fitness Fanatic
You’ve had memberships for every specialty workout in the South Bay. You need to be constantly challenged. If you haven’t broken a sweat, you haven’t been pushed hard enough. Suggested Program: High Intensity Pilates™ or Jumpboard 2 x week, HIP Bag of Tricks™, 30/30 2 x week, Barre-10-sity 1 x week, Plyojam 1 x week
The Working Professional
You spend most of your life sitting in traffic or at the office. You need the accountability and motivation of a group workout that is time efficient and fun. Suggested Program: High Intensity Pilates™ 2 x week, SSL/Yoga 2 x week, HIP Bag of Tricks™ /Barre-10-sity/Kickboxing 2 x week
You’ve gotten out of your workout routine and may have a few extra pounds you’d like to get rid of. You spend most of your time with the little ones, and while this is wonderful, you crave some adult time. You need your social life and workout time to mesh. Suggested Program: High Intensity Pilates™ 3 x week, Plyojam/ Bag of Tricks™/Kickboxing 1 x week, Barre-10-sity 1 x week
