Take classes at HIP Studio. Not a member sign up now.2. The LEGS 6 x’s a week (class or video).If you come to either Christine or Suzie’s sculpting class (Burn & Sculpt or Cardio Band) that will count as a day.If you do a Pilates class, Bag of Tricks, Plyojam…you need to do the video.3. Limit your spinning, running or any high intensity classes that are working your legs linearly for a majority of the class. We know some of you are really addicted to your “sweat-sesh” but if you can just take a little break from your spin or running to once a week for these 6 weeks, it will be more effective. Stick to the trampoline or Plyojam. Walking is perfect too!4. There isn’t a diet to follow. Just eat/drink consciously and use common sense. Ask yourself “Is this truly feeding me?” “Will I feel good after I eat this or will it deplete my energy physically & emotionally?”HOW TO SIGN UP1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to join.
