HIP 30/30 Classes Burn & Reform

This is the ultimate Pilates class taking you to your limits. The first half focuses on ramping up your heart rate, using the mini trampolines, free weights, HIIT and Tabata circuits. It’s HIGH INTENSITY all the way so if you’re looking for a calorie burner this is it! The second half is all about the basic fundamentals of Pilates focusing on technique and form. We dive deep into each movement focusing on breath, initiating each exercise from the proper place and increasing the effectiveness of your High Intensity Pilates™ experience.

HIP 30/30 Burn & Yoga

This is exactly like our 30/30 Burn & Reform except we take you to the mat in the second half. The first half focuses on ramping up your heart rate, using the mini trampolines, free weights, and HIIT & Tabata circuits. It’s HIGH INTENSITY all the way so if you’re looking for a calorie burner this is it! The second half is 25 minutes of pure Yoga and stretching. We take you to your limits in the first half then restore you in the second half with deep stretching for hips, shoulders and lower back.

HIP 30/30 Burn & Barre

Rebound and head to the barre after! The first half focuses on ramping up your heart rate, using the mini trampolines and free weights with HIIT & Tabata circuits. It’s HIGH INTENSITY all the way so if you’re looking for a calorie burner this is it! The second half is 25 minutes of barre designed to help reshape your lower body, create flat abs, tone upper body and improve posture with an energizing blend of ballet, barre, mat pilates, yoga and cardio dance. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat, make you shake and make you smile.

HIP 30/30 Burn & Box

The ultimate cardio combo class incorporating the fitness trampoline, punching bag, gloves, mitts, jumprope, free weights and more.  This class is jam-packed with high  intensity circuits including one-on-one kickboxing with the instructor.  Be prepared to jump, jab, hook and kick your way to a stronger, leaner and more powerful body.
